Data handled by this site
You do not need an account and no personal information is requested for ordinary browsing. If you use the contact form, the site handles your name, email address, subject, message, and the technical metadata needed to protect the service from abuse.
The hosting provider may process connection information such as IP address, browser and device type, date, time, requested resource, and security logs. Accessibility preferences remain in your browser and are not sent to the controller.
Purposes and legal bases
Contact information is not used for advertising, commercial profiling, or newsletters. No automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made.

Service providers and transfers
The portfolio uses Netlify for hosting, content delivery, and contact-function execution; Resend for email delivery; and Google Gmail as the receiving mailbox. They receive only the information needed to provide those services.
These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, they state that they use recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or Standard Contractual Clauses. Personal information is not sold.
Retention
Messages submitted through the form and their replies are kept for no longer than 12 months after the last communication and are then deleted, unless a specific part must be retained to meet a legal obligation or address a claim.
Technical logs are retained for the periods set by each provider and subscribed plan, limited to security, diagnostics, and operation.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability by writing to alex.tales95@gmail.com. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or the supervisory authority where you live or work.
Security, children, and changes
Request limits, validation, origin controls, automation protection, security headers, and encrypted connections are used. No system can guarantee absolute security, so safeguards are reviewed when the service changes.
The portfolio is not directed specifically at children and does not intend to collect their data. This policy may change when the site, its providers, or applicable law changes. The review date will remain visible.
